"The writing arm windsor arrived today. It's just perfect! This is what I find most amazing about it. When we saw photos on your website we chose your chair because its proportions and graceful lines were so visually appealing. But that didn't prepare us for what it actually feels like to sit in! There must be a term for the way the spindles "give" when you lean into the chair. Their springiness creates a cradling feeling that I just didn't expect from a wooden chair. So thank you! Jeff, The Philadelphia chair you made us is outstanding. Everyone comments when they see how great it looks. We use it as a computer chair most of the time and it's one of the most comfortable chairs I've sat in. I thought I would let you know that the chair was delivered this past Wed. It is nicer then I had imagined. It is also much lighter than what I thought it would be. I have a couple that are not of this caliber and am much more delighted and impressed with your chair. Windsor chairs are a lot like other art, better to have one or two good examples then to have many mediocre ones in your home.

One of my worst faults is I seldom write letters-even thank you letters that are mightily deserved. I enjoy your chair each day. Wanted to say "thanks" for my beautiful chairs. I have so many compliments and everyone wants to know where I got them! In our home it is an honor to be the one chosen to dust "the chairs". They are holding up with timeless beauty to our eight children and are just wonderful to behold every time I walk into my dining room, I had been wanting windsors for years but had never found just what I was looking for, I am so glad I didn't get the first ones I found.
